But... why por que Teoria da Prática?
(Theory of Practice)

Teoria da Prática implement training and develop the PMD Pro since its arrival in Brazil. We are members of the global network of PMD Pro trainers and our founder took part of the very first PMD Pro training in Brazil.

In one hand, the knowledge theory put in practice is the basis of education. In the other hand, in the development sector many theories raised from the empiric and practical knowledge.

Educators and scientists sistematize social experiences and transforme them into models and methodologies, allowing that both, theory and practice, reach and bring benefits to other communities.

Based on this logic, Teoria da Prática seeks the practical application of theories in the development sector and other social project sectors, adapting and contextualizing them, seeking common knowledge and communities development practices to develop theories and models to create positive impact.

I have been involved in training and developing the PMD Pro since the very first training group in Brazil. I truly believe that we must empower professionals by  disseminating project management tools and techniques to the community-based organizations. In the other hand and most importantly, it is from the community that we will learn how and which of these techniques and tools really work.
